The city of New Tu’Banor is the center of commerce for the northern most nations. It’s a main stop for all merchants. It is also house to the Senate of Tu’Banor.
Sadly the city was utterly destroyed by Xaxoth’s dark army when they marched towards the spire to awaken the Great Worm.
The refugees from the city of New Tu’Banor, and the remainder of the Allied Army of Nations has taken sanctuary on the Isle of the Oracle of Tu’Banor.
