The Myterra Calendar
<< Back to General Information Page

The Myterra Calendar is split into three-hundred and sixty-five days, and those days are split into twelve months, which in turn are gathered into a series of four seasons.
DM’s Note: I chose to model the Myterra calendar off of the modern calendar for familiarity’s sake. I felt to offset the calendar, or create an entirely new date-keeping system would just serve to muddy the historical notes of the world by further complicating references to how much time “had really” passed between events

Holidays
| Day of the Ancients (Tu’Banor Holiday) Jasmir 25th. The celebration includes the burning of a massive bonfire on the White Sands Coast and a tradition known as “Shouting to the Sea” in which citizens of Tu’Banor who attend the event cast polished stones into the sea while shouting the names of their deceased loved ones – a gesture of respect and remembrance. |
