Jarvyk Tedryk
When his father’s trade rights were called into question by less scrupulous dwarves, Jarvyk Tedryk left his homeland deep underground seeking a way to restore the ancient greatsword of his ancestor Jarl Tedryk and thus prove his family’s lineage. He encountered Ashton Maximus-Devon in his travels, and the young human’s plight stirred the paladin’s heart. He agreed to join an expedition back underground to seek out The Phoenix Heart. It was on this expedition that the pair met the Silver Phoenix Adventuring Company. The groups found common ground in being the only survivors of recent attacks.
After succeeding in recovering The Phoenix Heart and capturing a former dwarf lord by the name of Zenith Splintershield, Jarvyk attached himself to Kort’s party more permanently, impressed by their general tendency to do good works. He continues along his chosen path in the hopes that he will soon awaken the spirit sleeping in his sword.
