A chill black mist seeps from the ground. The mist carries with it an unwholesome chill. It slows ad freezes living creatures caught in its grasp, while at the same time healing undead.
Living creatures in the cloud suffer 2d6 points of cold damage per round on your turn (no save). Upon entering the cloud or at the beginning of each round spent within the cloud, a living creature must make a Fortitude saving throw or become slowed.
Undead within the cloud heal 5 points of damage per round.
The mist obscures all sight, including darkvision, beyond 5 feet. A creature within 5 feet (adjacent) has concealment (attacks have a 20% miss chance). Creatures farther away have total concealment (50% miss chance, and the attacker can’t use sight to locate the target).
Material Component: A small piece of a tombstone dedicated to a creature that became undead after being buried for at least 1 month.
