Vivia Valerius Vetus
Vivia Valerius Vetus, previously called “the Murderer” (by the Leper populace of Britannia), later called “the Humble” (by the same), is a Counselor of Clan Ventrue, an experienced Elder and the second childe of Servilius. Embraced in the early 4th century, she accepted tutelage of Lancius in the later nights of Roman Rule in Britannia. She was an active member of the great Court of Londinium (both during the times of Mithras and Lucius Varro), and was also one of the last cainites to leave the city after its downfall into depravity.
In the mid-5th century, she participated in the Blood Hunt of the former Spymaster Symeon, and was the one who committed the Amaranth upon the “innocent” Leper. This earned her the nickname “Murderer”, a name she carried for almost a century, until meeting Imwreigh (the childe of Symeon) in AD 616. Whatever their meeting consisted in, she was no longer regarded as an enemy of Clan Nosferatu. She was also involved in a “war of prestige” with Hefaistios of Clan Toreador, until his death at the fangs of Fherah the same year.
She moved her haven from Londinium to Deva Victrix because of her intense dislike of the Saxon race, where she acquired successful relations with the new Prince, Octavius Sibius. She assumed the joint position of both Senechal and Chamberlain, which she has maintained throughout the change of leadership in the city. She was inducted into Mithras Heirs along with Hector Augustinus in the 7th century. She is known as a skilled politician who uses her “unnatural charm” to bind allies to her cause. Well over five centuries old, she has now started to feel the pull of torpor, but has as of yet resisted it’s call.
