This town is centered around shipbuilding. The docks and naval bases established by the Romans remain in full force today. The inhabitants of Dover focus almost exclusively on ships. They know the navigation the sea like none other.
The city is ruled by Firth the Fat, a low-level noble who claims to be the grandson of Sir Lancelot. He has his thumb in every pie in the city, and has a strong network of informers. He know much about the mainland Europe, and well as every port on the eastern side of the island. Information is his chief coin, and those who provide him with it are not overlooked.
