Balasar Entry 3
A rough hewn and common journal bares these words…
I am Balasar Sora-Ghesh. This is my life. Words not my best part, but I try and make stuff easy to say back. Before now, nothing I do gets written down, just told to people and then forgot. Not long ago I had bad time, Kobolds almost killed me and then I thought. My life was saved and maybe others want to know how. If all my friends die, no one will tell my story and no one will know how I help try to save Winterhaven. Sora-Ghesh are strong people, brave people, but not with honor or duty. You will know me as honorable and to have duty, because I am Sora-Ghesh, from the Tiamat peoples, but I do more for others also. We are Dragonborn, lost in the mix of people, not welcome by the ones who are afraid, so we do bad things to get by. But I cannot do bad things always and for this it is my choice to make better lifes for others that cannot do it alone. I am not ashamed, but honor bound to show the heart of Sora-Ghesh Dragonborn.
Now, on today, I travel inside the place of goblins. Nasty creatures that make other nasty creatures kill the weak and unready. We are Morthos, the demon child and great leader of peoples; Tolis-Va, noble defeater of evil things and haves much honor; Syler, the small and willful opportuni..tist with want of gold and glory; and Etholin, great and powerful with the magic of Fey that does good with destruc..sion. All together we make the enemies of Winterhaven die, or flee, and try to make peace for travelers of the land some more.
Now, we are getting goblins out of areas that used to make kobolds kill peaceable peoples. Goblins make kobolds do bad things, and others make goblins do this. We work on getting goblins to be gone and also make the bosses of goblins dead. It is hard work, and many get hurt that are helping us. Goblins make tough this work. Even the smart ones of us are not ready for the brains used by goblins. The nasty creatures take time to do the best way of killing us they can find. I think smarter creetures helped them get ready.
It should be knowed that our work makes many dead goblins, and kobolds, but not all the ones of these peoples are to be killed. Some, like one we met and made free, are helping of us. Know that goblin Splug did good and we hope he lives to see kindedness. If you find Splug, do not kill him. He is helpful in making merchants, like my family and others you could know, not get killed.
I also saw, here in this place of the goblins, the walking dead, rats, and strange stuffs with no body that I still have not a name to call. We killed them all, but got hurt too. Let me warn you to have careful time with these dead warriors, and even with rats that do not get scared at people. Maybe goblins train them to fight, but it is not known.
Anyway, while we make clear these halls Syler writes down how to get around in the place. This is a job we took, so it is smart to make sure that our work gets done. I did not think to make it happen and give good words about Syler for making sure our obleega..sions get done. He does honor our names, all of them.
For now, I have nothing else to add about travels that we make, but to say that our team is working hard to make lives easy for the ones at their homes. If this page is read, and I am not alive anymore, we do all hope that others were sent to finish our job and save our people. These nasty things want cities and other things to not go on. If they do have what they want then our way, our cities, will not stand anymore.
