Tolis Va
Tolis-Va met Balasar and Etholin at a tavern in Fallcrest, where the were discussing the missing Douven Staul. The tavernkeeper pointed the other adventurers out to the elf, having spoken with them earlier about what Douven’s wife Bahla had told them. He introduced himself and they began to discuss what they knew, which wasn’t much.
The ranger was emphatic about joining forces to find and recover the old human, and this drew the attention of a couple of other nearby adventurers.
