Terri then contacted Charles to warn him. She reached his manservant, Michael, who took a message and delivered it to Charles after some convincing. Charles then contacted Terri and they discussed things regarding this and extra precautions he could take. Charles was confident in his abilities, but tried to protect himself against any outsider influence.

Terri called Andromeda, to warn her about Sputnik, and caught her as she was on her way to her meeting with Vincent. Andromeda’s ego came into play as she grilled Terri as to the source of her information. Andromeda ignored Terri’s advice. Michelle recognized Terri’s description of Andromeda and warned Terri that Andromeda could be trouble. After some socializing, Terri returned to her apt.

V.S. went to his lab and began doing some spells to look into Risa Hirano and Lazarus Jacobs. He kept getting interrupted, so, was not able to complete his research into Lazarus. However, he lucked out and found out that Risa was Blessed by Hecate. Dolores told V.S. that after he had resolved his current dilemma, she needed to talk to him about something.

David gathered up his ‘toys’ and went down to the area near Lazarus’ apt. David found a convenient alley and climbed up to the rooftop of a nearby building. David got to the top and noticed two young men, Hispanic, atop the roof, watching Lazarus’ building. David noticed the two young men were wearing gang colors, but could not identify the gang. He then took up a position to observe the two. One of them pulled out a walkie-talkie and said something in Spanish. David then relocated to the nearby building and took up an observation position. While observing, Risa, Lazarus, as well as Jesus Ramirez and Saundra Smythe, exited the building as an expensive Mercedes pulled up. David noted the license plate, then noticed Risa wearing David’s missing ring. The two Hispanics called down and gunfire erupted from the building with the Hispanics and from David’s building. Jesus pulled out an Uzi and opened fire, Saundra pulled a Desert Eagle from her purse and fired, while Risa threw a sheet of flame at the two Hispanics, turning them into two pyres. David fled the site, while Risa and Lazarus got in their car and left. Jesus and Saundra entered the two buildings and began methodically killing gang members. David hung around to see how things would play out. Saundra and Jesus emerged into the alleyway, embraced and kissed, and were going to do more, until a cop car arrived at the other end of the alleyway. They fled and David soon followed, returning to his apt. at 18 w136th Street.

Meanwhile, Andromeda went to Sputnik, where she was easily noticed by every man (and some women) in the bar. She got a drink and after a few minutes, Vincent arrived, who led her to a table at the back of the bar, strangely left empty. Vincent then asked why she was poking into things she shouldn’t? A conversation ensued and Vincent asked for the laptop. He threatened Andromeda and her family in exchange for the laptop, which pissed Andromeda off. Vincent then asked if this conversation was over and had Andromeda escorted from the bar. Andromeda returned to her hotel room and then contacted W.O.P.R. Computer AI. She reached W.O.P.R. (now SARA) and explained her situation and asked SARA to protect her family.

On the 11PM news, a report talked about a multiple murder in the Bronx, 12 people dead, and a suspect seen fleeing the scene reported by an elderly lady in the building. Sketch looked somewhat like David.

Serena Elessidil contacted David about his face on TV and in exchange for a favor to her, she agreed to do what she could to bury the report.

The next morning, the papers and news reports had a different sketch for the man seen fleeing the scene, and mentioned that Detective Kate Beckett was assigned as the officer in charge.

The next morning, the group met up at The Shop Around The Corner. Andromeda’s agent, Zoe, called her and informed her that Victor, the owner of Victoria’s Secret, got his hands on some ‘incriminating photos’ of her and six other men. Zoe told her that these pictures had been authenticated by her people, and that if Andromeda could not clean this up, she’d need a new job and a new agent. within the next three months.

The group, having heard Andromeda’s end of the Conversation, asked what was up, and she explained. She told Terri she should have listened to her. Charles asked Terri if these were the technomancers she had referred to. Terri explained the info Michelle gave her about Anonymous. When Terri said “from the outside”, Kathleen, the owner of The Shop, looked up at Terri. Charles also offered his assistance. Charles then spoke about Jennifer Fletcher, stating he knew where she lived and that she lived near him, and that she was a Vanderbilt, the daughter of Fred and Daphne. Terri noticed that anytime “Outsiders” were referenced, Kathleen took notice. David then told his tale, interrupted by V.S. and Andromeda referencing the News Report, and Jane asking him to continue so she wouldn’t feel obligated. Jane asked him about the colors the gangers were wearing, and David described then as orange, green, and black. Group discussed the situation outside Lazarus’. Andromeda pointed out that Halfbloods cannot use magic. Group pointed out that Risa used magic against David and that someone must be supplying her power. V.S. interrupted stating that Risa is Blessed by Hecate, and that this is how she is seemingly immune to magic and why David could not affect her.

V.S. pointed out that Jesus and Saundra worked for Risa. As the group was debating V.S.‘s cowardice, Risa entered the Shop, nodded at the group, and went up to the counter and ordered coffee. Risa then came up to the group to discuss things, and David stated he hadn’t “the foggiest” idea of what she was talking about when she asked him about the Fracas at Lazarus’. She asked everyone what their interest in all this was. Jane explained it was her job. Terri hinted that it had to do with someone owing a favor. Charles said “I’d say that should be obvious”. Risa seemed to be pushing all of Andromeda’s buttons, making her angrier and more confrontational. Risa asked Andromeda if she’d care to take things outside and Andromeda agreed. As the two girls went outside, David opened the door for the two, and subtly, slipped the ring from Risa’s finger. Risa then surprisingly offered a draw when they were both outside, not wanting to cause a public incident. Andromeda agreed, and the two walked away. Terri then questioned Kathleen about her interest in their discussion, while David slipped out the back. Kathleen denied any interest at all.

Jane pointed out that Risa seemed very well connected. Charles noticed that the Shop was empty and left a large tip and apologized. Kathleen asked him to find out what Terri’s problem was and Terri mentioned that Kathleen had been paying attention to the “Outsider” mentionings.

David slipped out the back and was met by a van with Saundra and Jesus in it, who said to get in. David tried to run, but Saundra shot him. David tried to hop over the hood of the van to flee, but tripped up. Jesus shot at him through the windshield, but missed. Saundra then shot David again and broke the bone on his left arm. David ran into a small Grocery Shop across the street and took cover. Andromeda ran out into the alley, through the backdoor, pulling her gun, and taking cover behind some dumpsters. Charles also went out the back door, and hexed the engine of the van into oblivion. Jane came out and shot at the two vampires, hitting the van. V.S. came out and then decided against it and began running to the subway. Terri came out and moved up to the van, then spotted the blood trail leading to the Grocery Shop, and made her way there. Risa cornered David, and offered him to surrender, he did not protest, being in a semi-conscious state. Saundra threw open the rear door and shot Jane, hitting her in the shoulder. Andromeda repositioned herself to take a shot at Jesus from the alleyway, hitting him in the arm. Charles summoned a pair of ghostly gauntlets on Jesus’ neck, damaging his throat. V.S. returned to the group and then placed a column of purifying flame inside the van. Terri, distracted by the WHUMP of flame inside the van, missed seeing David inside the shop. Risa left the shop with David, passing into the Nevernever. Saundra blew Jesus a kiss, said “It’s been fun” and fled the scene. Seeing his love turn on him and leave, Jesus surrendered.

Andromeda tried to police the bullet casings, but was unable to find any. Charles searched the van, finding Saundra’s purse which included her wallet (with credit cards and Drivers License), perfume and makeup, and cellphone. Inside the wallet was a picture of a 6 or 7 year old blonde child (fairly recent). He then took the purse and left. Terri followed the blood trail and found David’s wallet. Terri detected a portal to Summer had opened twice inside the shop. Then noticed the Asian woman who had been hiding behind the counter, was actually Summer Court, who told her to take the wallet and leave. The woman then removed all evidence of the blood trail. Meanwhile, V.S. gathered a sample of David’s blood from the street, before it vanished. Jane called the incident in and she then transported Jesus to The Agency, as the rest of the group scattered. Jane explained to the cops arriving that it was a kidnapping attempt and she had the prisoner, who she was taking in for questioning. The Officers on scene did not want to argue with an FBI agent, and nodded, while they began to take statements form the witnesses, and cordon off the scene. Jane then tried calling David and could not reach him. She then called Terri and found out about the wallet and blood.
