High Concept: Cintran Elf Antiquities ‘dealer’
Serena Elessidil works and lives in One World Trade Center. She specializes in the buying and selling of rare art and antiquities, and her gallery can be found in the main lobby of One World Trade. She is highly respected and deals mostly to a select (and wealthy) clientele.
Serena is relentless in her pursuit of items her clients desire, and has been accused at times of pursuing them through means less than legal. It is know in the darker parts of the City (aka the Criminal Underworld) that Serena is a fence for stolen

What is not known publicly, and only to those she trusts, is that Serena is a Cintran Elf. An agent dispatched at the command of the Elven King, to recover artifacts of the Time of Faerie, as well as those of the Mortal World, and safely put them in Elven hands. She uses her underworld connections to help her acquire those items better not left out in the world, and ship them back to the Elvish City of Arborlon, in the Cintra (Willamette National Forest in Washington State)
