The Morgrave Outreach Association

The Morgrave Outreach Association fills a need: The need to make sure the University’s less “field-tested” faculty and students survive their far-flung expeditions. The Association provides prominent scholars and their students with knowledgeable guides and protectors. It is a profitable arrangement for both sides: The scholars get the research they need for their next paper, and the adventurers get a little back in terms of their cut.

Location

The Association is based in Sharn on Menthis Tower just outside the University, though they have several outposts, including one in Stormreach.

Members and Goals

The Association employs a loosely affiliated group of enterprising individuals who are above board. Only those that can be trusted to keep faculty and students safe are employed by the organization; those that abandon or betray the Association are referred to the proper authorities. Members are expected to be professional and civil with the faculty, except when situations require the foolhardy scholars to be scared a little.

The Association has no overreaching goals other than to support the University. Its individual members are generally in it for the relatively easy work and good pay, though some are genuinely interested in scholarly pursuits.

Few know about the Association as an entity separate from Morgrave University, and see its members as just another arm of Morgrave.
