Feat: Groundsense

You can sense living and corrupted things around you.
Prerequisite: Greenbonded Human
Benefit: You may use your Perceptions skill to sense the state of the ‘ground’ or natural state of things around you. If the land is tainted or a person is sick, you may sense it with a DC 10 Perceptions check. For every increment of 5 you succeed your check, you may determine the extent, given you also succeed a Knowledge (nature) or Heal check at a DC given by the DM. You may also use your groundsense to locate creatures within your range, also a DC 10 check. If another creature is masking or withdrawing their ground, the DC becomes an opposed check against the appropriate skill (usually Stealth or an opposed Perceptions (groundsense) check). You may use your ranks in Perceptions to mask your own ground. The range you may use your groundsense is 20 ft. x Perceptions ranks x Character Level. For every distance of one quarter your farthest range, you subtract 4 from your Perceptions check to discover the ground in the area. The DM makes all groundsense Perceptions checks. You may take 10 and 20 on these checks normally.
