…A pirate’s life for me!

Skull and Shackles campaign is go! Check the Adventure Log for the latest developments!
Having successfully ‘cracked the rock’ the crew of the Magnificent Bastard are enjoying the fruits of their labours on the beautiful Windward Isle.
Soon to be Lord of the Rock, Jasper must now prepare for his wedding to the sage Lady Agasta Smythee while Edward and Mameha are to wed the Smythee children; Ambellina and Timothy to secure the officers’ hold on the lineage of Tidewater Rock.
There are still ends to resolve in the town of Piren’s Bluff however; what to do with the remaining subjects still loyal to now-deceased Baron Vendikon?
Once their hold on Windward Isle is secured, there is little stopping the officers from sailing into the Shackles and declaring themselves Free Captains!
This site is a collection of editable wiki pages containing information about the Skull & Shackles campaign which I am going to run. As the game progresses and the story unfolds, I shall make a record of it here. Players and guests alike can then follow the adventures of the ruthless scallywags (player characters) as they sail the seas around The Shackles and become terrors on the waves!
Read the Campaign Background to get started.
If you are new to Obsidian Portal, here’s a quick tour of the site:
Links such as this lead to wiki pages expanding on the subject, whereas links such as this are dead links which have yet to be expanded on. Players of the campaign can help by clicking red links and entering information about the subject or character-based pieces such as journal entries to help flesh the world and game out. I shall be periodically updating these pages as the game progresses so keep checking back to see the latest updates!
The Adventure Log button at the top of the page leads to the area of the site where the story is recorded. These pages are kept in chronological order with newer entries at the top. This information is purely about the players and their interaction with the world. Players are encouraged to add comments at the bottom of each entry (which can be written as ‘in-character’ journals or otherwise).
The Wiki button leads to the main wiki page where background information about The Shackles and Orithia are kept. This page acts as a gazetteer and bestiary of the world, recording the places, people and creatures encountered. It is a good way to get to know the surrounding world.
The Characters button leads to a list of major characters in the game. Player characters (PCs) and major Non-player characters (NPCs) are recorded here each with their own short wiki entry. The more familiar the PCs are with a particular NPC, the more information is posted. Some characters will have game stats posted also. Minor NPCs are listed on the Cast wiki page instead.
When a particularly important artefact or magical item is found, it will be recorded on the Items page. This is not a list of all the loot carried in the PCs’ hold, but rather a list of the major items in the campaign. The page works like the ‘Characters’ tab: each item gets a picture and short wiki entry. Minor items and loot will be mentioned in the appropriate adventure log or on the Item Codes wiki page.
The Forum page is to be used for out-of-character chat about the game (or any topic really).
The Calendar is used to organise the next session(s) and can be subscribed to, in order to have the events appear in your own calendar app.
The Maps area is now active! The maps contain images of the Draconic Coast and major islands in the campaign. They will show the locations of the PCs and other major sites and will link to the appropriate wiki pages. I will add more maps and probably create a Facebook page containing more (non-interactive) maps as the game goes on.
Feel free to leave any feedback on the Comments page.
