Few other than the gnomes of Ironpiece themselves call this tavern by it’s full name: The Illustrious Sign Of The Failed Experiment And The Advancement Of Science That Follows In It’s Size 37 Footsteps.
As one might guess, gnomish experimentation can often lead to injury, even death. Sometimes even whole ships. This is th tavern where the residents of Port Walkaway gather to toast the fallen, buy drinks for the injured, and figure out how to do it better next time. The converation usually turns to steam in gears in fairly short order.
