We are doing this based off information we have obtained which suggests that your own backing is of an unsavory nature. The risk of associate with criminals of that magnitude is far worse than those for breach of contract. While your backing is of dubious nature, we cannot in good conscious work in your employ. Should this suspicion be proven wrong, we will gladly negotiate a new contract at a reduced rate.

As required we will be granting a full refund of the deposit and forfeiting that money which we already invested in equipment and required permits.
