After a rough start the team plans to start ambushing The Imperial Forces and leading them into traps. The plans aren’t solid yet, but the group hopes to hurt the Imperial forces significantly without suffering major losses.

Revenge is best served cold

Captain Lennox stood at the bridge window of the Tyrant watching The Minotaur, a Lictor Class Dungeon ship, pull away as the Interdictor Oradell pulled into position for the short jump outsystem to get The Bennu. Lennox had suffered an embarrassing defeat at the hands of Phoenix Squadron, but now he would be responsible for their final demise . . .
The warm floor of Sativa Garden may be smelly and sticky with booze and other things a person would rather not think about, but it is a lot more welcoming than the frozen surroundings of the town or the hard metal surfaces of an Imperial Detention Cell. The locals seem accepting enough of the team members hiding there for the moment . . .
The team had been gone longer than anticipated and then Rath showed up unexpectedly stating he had sensed the ship and her crew were in great danger. Wolffe knew little of the force, but he suspected the kid was right and ordered the Bennu to ready for jump when The ISD Tyrant appeared accompanied by an Interdictor which created a gravity well preventing the use of hyperdrive. The fighters swarmed close to the capital ships to prevent attack by other fighters as the batteries of the large ships opened up. The Bennu couldn’t susrvive for long against the better armed Imperial ships . . .
A Cold Reception

This would be Fest
Fest is a cold planet covered in perpetual snow and ice, although not quite as bitter cold as Hoth. With a couple tentative clues to Imperial activity in the area it was decided The Bennu would move to the edge of the system so the team could investigate what was going on or at least do something to disrupt the Imperial operations there.

The Sissu was a captured Imperial Adz Class patrol ship 150 meters in length that had been acting as a scouting vessel for the rebellion. Able to carry a scientific survey crew and defend them against most small threats it was a good match for the mission.
Suiraqua is a little traveled world in the Minos Cluster which was never involved in any major conflicts of spacefaring military forces. The rumors of Jedi having had a compound of some sort seemed to be a longshot, but the crew decided to investigate and then suffered a series of system failures resulting in the Sissu crashing into the ocean.
The Imperial presence on Island 343 was not an effective ambush group and suggests they may have been looking for something on the swampy island 30 kilometers from the crash site.
Suiral-Sharks and Suiraq are generally hostile, but the Suiraq will trade Kymush for weapons if approached properly. Kymush can be refined into a form of narcospice or pharmaceuticals and is popular on several nearby worlds.

After the desperate battle which resulted in only the loss of an X-Wing and five commandos the SOG command is feeling pretty good, but wants to take some time for the crew to recover if possible so they issued leave while remaining in the Shesharile system.
With the strong desire among the crew to get additional fighters Ash has agreed to send out some of the crew in an attempt to secure the desired fighter craft. There has also been interest expressed in doing additional “mop-up” at the rescue location.
Call to Action

With the blaster gas successfully dropped at Furball the SOG team headed back to Shesharile so members wanting leave could get it and others could sell their “cut” of the blaster gas. Soon after arriving in system the Phoenix-1 lands and Ash is informed The Sissu went down on Suiraqua; and aquatic world and her crew of 25 needs rescue . . .

Fitting the Bennu

Out the viewport another ship could be seen pulling out of hyperspace. Most of the crew hadn’t been born the last time one of the old Picket Carriers had seen service, but Bennu had been freshly refurbished and painted. The antique warship pulled up to take position in the rebel fleet and waited for her new crew to make their way over . . .
