Forming the eastern frontier of the region known as Tellaven, this massive river system flows out of the unknown north of Taibir to empty into the Shaking Sea. It is navigable for over a thousand miles upstream, but its dark waters flow swift and deep, making travel upriver slow and perilous. Still, it forms a valuable trade artery of the Gold Meridian, ensuring that shipments of goods from the north can travel swiftly and relatively safely downriver.
