Capitol city of the Golden League, Tiramon lies on the coast just west where the River Tanais empties into the Shaking Sea. Its is built upon a series of hills bracketed to the west by the swift, cold River Nis which flows down from the Hills of Memory and to the east by the broad, meandering River Kyther which waters the fertile Kytheran Valley to the north of Tiramon.
