The Jeildums are the ruling councilors of 15 leaders of the jeil. The member jeil do shift on occasion by a complex system of votes by Jeildum members, members of the jeil and the size of the jeil. The smallest jeil with a leader on the Jeiludum is the Broken Dream Jeil, a brotherhood of warriors whose leader is Lia Roche, a grizzled warrior of one of the western front campaigns against the ogres and giants years ago. The largest jeil is Tanzaroh, or the Horse Path, breeders and trainers of the finest mounts in the region. The current Priamus is Paeviluus Ohsiruz, an ancient dwarf, who is head of Vient Aizsvilties (Lone Blaze) a jeil of jewlers and white- and yellow- smiths.

The laws of the Jeildum are often haphazard, because the members can rarely agree, and allow their various jeil to run the way they wish.
