Circarpous V (Mimban) ~ Three Months After Endor (Day Three)
Having defeated half of Captain-Supervisor Grammel’s stormtroopers already, the group escaped the detention center and was making plans to recover their gear from the warehouses near the landing platforms on the other side of the small town. Bruce, the Gamorrean knife fighter, was wounded in the battle.
More importantly, they had learned that the Life Witch was already searching for the Temple of Pomojema with a platoon of Storm Commandos.

Having defeated the Imperial ambush, the group set about collecting up the surviving stormtroopers and locking them in the detention cells after removing their equipment. Rath, Sage and the six members of the Ragamuffin swoop gang hired by Sage marched up the ziggurat to the communication center at the peak.
When they emerged from the misty fog bank they caught the two stormtrooper sentries unaware and tranquilized them. Rath called Rex the wonder dog droid up to hack the control console and open the doors.
Inside there were seven communications officers and Captain-Supervisor Grammel. Grammel was talking to the Imperial Governor in the system when Sage and Rath entered. he turned to expose the deadman switch detonator he held and smiled. Reading his thoughts, Rath realized he was about to set of a large cache of explosives in the base. Using telekenisis Rath held the trigger down and yanked the remote to him. Sage rushed Grammel and butt-stroked him into unconsciousness with his E-11. Then Sage disarmed the device.
Meanwhile, Jarael and Bruce led the rest of the group through town toward the warehouses and landing platforms. Bruce’s large Gamorrean size broke through the plank walkways on the left side and was barely held by the ones on the right. He was shadowed by Wakka the jawa, Drek and Rythar.
Jarael took the left walk, followed by Ackbar who was sandwiched in the middle of twenty Rebel troopers. Flambeaux took to the rooftops. The mist was so thick that visibility was reduced to about five meters. Jarael walked up on four drunk miners who began catcalling her, unaware of her escort behind her in the fog. Jarael fired a warning shot into the boards at their feet but they reacted by going for their guns. Sidestepping onto a bridge across the muddy street, Jarael alerted the troopers, who fired on the miners. They dropped all but one, who was swiftly shot by Wakka from across the street.
When the group reached the warehouse, it was guarded by two stormtroopers. Jarael blasted both, but one was only grazed. Bruce closelined him so hard he was flipped through the air and his helmet came off. Wakka finished off the wounded trooper on the ground. Then Wakka bypassed the lock and the group raided the impound warehouse. Not only was their gear and the goods off the Gryphon there, but shelves of other contraband from smugglers and criminals. R2-FU rushed out to greet them excitedly. Bruce began trying to pry open an armored spacer chest and was shocked by R2-FU trying to protect what he thought was Sage’s goods. Bruce turned and bashed the droid to bits with a power prybar.
After warning the Governor he might want to atsrt evacuating and killing the signal, Sage and Rath broadcast a declaration of rebellion on the planetwide broadcast system. Then they called the rebel base on a moon in the system.
Sage and Rath searched the hangar and found two Sentinel Shuttles and a Lambda Class shuttle. Rex bypassed the self-destruct circuit. Taking the shuttle, they met up with the others at the warehouse. Bruce was busy drawing crude and obscene pictures on the unconscious stormtrooper’s faces.
Rath got the rundown from Ackbar on the Smoking Blaster’s crew compliment at the time of the crash. There were 8 crew (including Rath’s mother) and 32 passengers (including Ackbar, Flambeaux and the 20 Rebels with the group). The crew included Mia and Maya Derull (Duros Pilot and Co-Pilot) with Fluffy (a pet Ugor not counted), Dhu Yaga (Givin Astrogator), Boroth (Verpine Medic), Naomi Sunrider (Human Jedi Captain), Trask (Verpine Engineer), Kronk (Barabel Gunner) and Arden Silverhand (Cyborged Human Gunner).
They decided to leave Ackbar with Flambeaux and his twenty troops behind to await rebel reinforcements and oversee the warehouse goods transfer to the Gryphon. The rest of the group boarded the Sentinel and headed into the swamp to search for the Blaster crash site. In the air visibility was extended to about 63 meters, so they flew at a cautious 125 kph about 60 meters above the ground.
They detected a large lifeform on sensors, three speeder bikes and some wreckage. Assuming that two of the bikes were in pursuit of the third, they moved to intercept. Catching the bikes at a clearing, they saw a scout trooper leading two storm commandos. Bruce and Wakka took shots at the storm commandos with the shuttles blasters, but the dodged into the trees with precise movements. The scout wasnn’t so lucky, as Rath cut him in half with the shuttles main lasers. The bike slammed into a tree but Rath was actually after his helmet, hoping it contained valuable mapping data.
