Last session the party used the ol’ teleport-grab-teleport. Like camping, it’s a legitimate tactic. Because ghosts are scary, the party decided to go to the elves for backup. They teleported to that one town to charter a barge to the capital. After raiding the brewery and having a drunken conversation with a helpful priestess the party spotted Avereene and some of her toughs in the lunch crowd. There was a chase scene and the cops were called.(!?) Avereene was apprehended by the cops and was dragged off to interrogation. The party was also “invited” to come down to the police station.
