The Shadow Guild is in fact, an assassin organization. There is no way to detail it as anything else. The Shadow guild is an organization within the Fades Guild. While they are concurrent with the Guild they do indeed have separate leadership.

HISTORY

No one is quite sure when the guild was formed, all that was known is that it was always around.

NOTABLE MEMBERS

The Council of Shadows is the group of people who run the entire Assassins Guild. They are only known by their “titles” which are based off of the Tarroka Decks.
