House Harskel resides in the Shadowfell city of Gloomwrought. A few years back it suffered tremendous losses when it was attack by Baron Adrian. The ruler of the Harskels, Dedreck Harskel, has not been seen since the attack on the Harskel Acropolis. Some believe he might be dead and House Harskel’s power has waned severely. For the time it seems Pollivar Harskel, Dedreck’s son, has taken over the family business.

The Broken Dawn learned of these events from Linda Kincade and Romano Harskel. Romano Harskel was a man who lead members of Harskel’s house in pursuit of Leon who inadvertently caused the families downfall. Romano Harskel’s trip to Kestone was likely a secret among the rest of the house but he, nor anyone from the group he took with him has been heard from since, incidentally there is now a small spice garden behind the new school in Kestone.
