They provide healing for those in need and combat the evils that work in the shadows within The City of Despair. During Leon’s time in Gloomwrought the Hooded Lantern was growing bigger, and therefore more powerful.

Classified Information –
What very few know save for those in the sect is the cult secretly believes that Pelor and the Raven Queen are two halves of a single pair, two sides of one shining and dark disk. Its from this secret belief that the faction takes its named. The hooded lantern is equal parts light and darkness.
