Dressed as a union soldier from the Civil War era, Ser Cornelius guards the Troll Bridge in Las Vegas Below, a known trod between the Dreaming and the mortal world. He often is found carrying his stuffed teddy bear and demands a toll of anyone who wishes to use his bridge.

Charlotte the Spider Queen is a old child hood acquaintance of Po Kai. She once commonly travels between the Land of Nod and Las Vegas. Charlotte makes her living as boogeyman and collector of secrets.

Jimmy Chang is Julian Raven’s contact among the Glass Walkers. Jimmy has been attempting to persuade Julian in stopping his company from refining Methyldelerian, a synthesized drug that would enable sleepers to become immune to Garou’s Delirium.

Kara is the youngest warrior of the Gray Wolves and is proven to be untested yet in combat. She is aggressive and distrustful of mages, but follows Sing with Eagles’ wisdom. For now.

Minke is one of the Corax, who are well known for flying, talking (and talking, and talking…), performing practical jokes on deserving Garou, and swooping down from the sky to nab dimes and tin foil. Most of all, they have a reputation for knowing things. Otherwise not much is known about Minke other then she is a ally of the Big Springs Chantry.

A army vet, Moe is a Bone Gnawer warrior leading a pack of Garou against the Risen in a private war in the streets and alleys of Las Vegas. He believes a Risen will be responsible for unleashing a great evil into the world according to a prophecy from the Great Trash Heap. Moe is also a bar tender at the Ragnarok Club.

Not much is known about Sings with Eagles other than he is in charge of the Wendigo Pack known as the Gray Wolves. The Gray Wolves were contacted by the Nuwisha and sent to help the Verbena of the Big Springs Chantry against the Black Spiral Dancers.

Sir Talks-Alot is a Nuwisha that Wesley encountered on the Las Vegas Strip by accident. The were coyote was the appointed guardian of two young sleepers by the name of Meliae and Adam. But when Wes mentioned that he knew the spirit Coyote, the Nuwisha took this as a sign to pass on his guardianship of the children over to the mage. He promptly then fled before Wesley could deny the responsibility.
Wilson “Blackie” Carr
Black Spiral Dancer
Wilson “Blackie” Carr is the leader of his pack of garou and answers to Wendell Toomes, a manager for Lionheart Development Real Estate and Investment Company. Currently the cabal suspects Carr and his pack may be Black Spiral Dancers.
