Clean and Sober Living Society
Alec came back from the grave after the dire events that occurred in the Underworld in 1999. Formerly a police officer in his past life, he simply just wants a second chance at living his life and helping his orphan son, Miguel. Alec was killed on August 6, 2000, by werewolves.
Amanda Jernigan
Marauder
Amanda’s real name is Heidi Rammock, Jerry Desmond’s mother. She was a patient at the Nevada Mental Health Institute at Sparks, where she suffered from paranoid delusions and schizophrenia. She escaped the Institute in 1991 and reappeared in Pahrump in 1995 as Amanda Jernigan, a school teacher at Valley Spring High. Amanda was killed by Po on August, 2000 at the base of Wheeler’s Peak.
Bugsy Siegel
Grim Legion
Benjamin “Bugsy” Siegel died in June 20, 1947. He was an American gangster who was involved with the Genovese crime family. Because of his notoriously quick and violent temper, the ruthless Siegel became one of the most infamous and feared gangsters of his day. He was destroyed in the explosion at the Caesar’s Palace.
Caleb
Spectre
Caleb was executed during the Dark Ages in England for being a thief. His spirit was bound into his severed hand, dipped in his own bodily fat to create a wonder known as a Hand of Glory. Over the years he fed on the negative emotions of those who would access his rage and spite to tear open doorways in the Tapestry. In May 2, 2000, Caleb was destroyed.
Cale O’Reilly
Hue
Bishop Cale O’Reilly is the bishop of the Las Vegas chapter of the Missionary Works of the Holy Ghost. As part of the organization’s efforts to expand out of California, he has helped established and blessed the Nevada Homes for Youth. He was one of the victims caught in the crossfire at the Caesars Palace attack on August 6,2000.
Domino
Grim Legion
Not much is known about Domino, the other leader of the Grim Legion within the city of Las Vegas. Rumors suggest that Domino died sometime in the 70s by a car bomb in the parking lot outside the Desert Inn Hotel and was a member of the Licavoli crime family. Domino was the first to learn about pigment and was able to acquire control of the distribution network. In truth, Domino was destroyed by Lawrence Shade sometime early 2000. Lawrence Shade masqueraded the fact that Domino was still lingering around and giving orders.
Lord Fanny
Tradition Mage: Cult of Ecstasy
Lord Fanny was a member of the Cult of Ecstasy and a drug dealer who experimented with pigment. He believed pigment was helping sleepers awakened to the supernatural, but was unaware to pigment’s side effects upon the soul. Before he was killed by the Nephites in May 2000, he was attempting to create a pill format for pigment.
Florrie
Chijh-Mei
Not much is known about the old woman known as Florrie or about her life. Po suspects that she and her friends in the Joy Luck Club all killed their husbands. Sometime after Florrie’s suicide, she dragged herself out of Hell and met up with her old friends. Po was able to send her back to Hell.
Glen Eaton
Association: Po Kai
Glen Eaton is one of Po’s friends. Both of them graduated from Western High School. Glen is a martial artist enthusiast and a fan boy of hong kong martial art movies. He died when a possessed Ernie Tai murdered him in Johnny Yu’s dojo.
Hades
Tradition Mage: Order of Hermes
The towering Hades is a member of the Snake Range Chantry and a vampire hunter. Within the Gravediggers, he is an executioner and a voice of conscience, protecting the innocent from things they were not meant to know and evils that were never meant to befall them. He was killed on August 9, 2000 during the fall of the Snake Range Chantry.
Hydra
Tradition Mage: Order of Hermes
The venerable Hydra is the leader of the Snake Range Chantry. The wisest and, by far, eldest member of the cabal, Hydra is content to allow the younger, more dynamic mages to do the field work and claim the lion’s share of glory for themselves. She was killed by gargoyles on August 9, 2000.
Jerry Tanner
Tradition Mage: Dreamspeaker
Jerry is a member of Bruce Leeroy’s cabal who abandoned his “white-man” ways and adopted the Paiute lifestyle. He works as an animal rights activist, preaching spiritual thankfulness for animal sacrifice, advocating fair game, and runs a small business as a veterinarian. On August 6, 2000, Jerry was killed by Blackie Carr’s pack of werewolves.
Jesse Hooker

The charismatic and deranged Jesse Hooker was contracted by Dr. Douglas Netchurch to acquire Rose Popplewell (dead or alive) and bring back her baby. Jesse leads a band of nomadic vampires and was responsible for kidnapping Jessica Arcade in order to lure Peter’s ghost into a trap. He was killed on August 10, 2000 by Jacob Torgue.
Lawrence Shade

Lawrence Shade or “Mister Shadow” is the city’s chief pigment importer and a talented street projector. He acts as the diplomat of the Grim Legionnaire known as Domino, and often disguises himself while projecting as a living shadow when delivering orders to the Gerson Park Kingsmen. His projected spirit was destroyed by the explosion at the Caesar’s Palace.
Lucas “Big Man” Broad
Rollin 60s
Lucas “Big Man” Broad is one of the original old Gs within the Rollin 60s. He has learnt to use pigment to project and was tutored by the Roman’s Grim Legion to be their enforcer.
Mae
Dhampir
Dhampirs are the offspring of Thin-Blooded vampires and humans. Mae was the first Dhampir that the cabal encountered. She was used by Jesse Hooker as a psyche blood hound to hunt down Rose Popplewell and Peter Stepanowicz’s ghost. She was killed by Julian Raven on August 10, 2000.
Marsha Clute
Acolyte of Aurora Golden
Marsha Clute claimed to be working for the wraith known as Lord Fanny. She distributed among party goers a new form of pigment that could be ingested as a pill as a demonstration, so that Lord Fanny could entertain buyers from the various pigment criminal factions. This was a ruse to lure in the leaders of the various factions in order to destroy them in a suicide bomb.
Martian
Martian Umbrood
The Martian Slavering Bug-Eyed Beast (BEM) is a predatory insect that resembles a giant alien army ant. During the celestial alignment, one of the BEMs ran rampant in Las Vegas in confusion. It was slain by Po and Wesley.
Michael Antonio Giovanni
Clan Giovanni
Don Michael Antonio Giovanni, or Fat Tony, is the self declared “Prince” of Las Vegas. He has ruled Las Vegas before the Camarilla came and claimed the territory in the early 50s. Fat Tony was assassinated by Nephites on August 6, 2000.
Peter Stepanowicz
Renegade
Peter Stepanowicz is Rose’s human lover. He is fully aware of her condition and seems to be an accomplice. He died in July, 2000, from the experimental tortures of the Followers of Tytalus. He returned as an wraith and seeks revenge against Damon, Oz, and Wesley Smith.
Ralph Cannon
Tradition Mage: Son of Ethers
In the Enlightened World, Ralph is one of the most well respected and highly praised members of his chantry. He is known as the Director of Maintenance and Inspection at Hoover Dam, while within the Black Pyramid Chantry he handles the maintenance of the Sun Stone. Ralph was in truth a agent of the Storm Eater and secretly was manipulating many of the supernatural factions in the city. He was killed in alternate future on September 11, 2001.
Reinga
Tradition Mage: Order of Hermes
Reinga is proud of his Maori heritage, but prouder still of his duty as an intermediary between the living and the dead. He is the second in command of the Snake Range Chantry and in charge of experiments on the Chantry’s vampire prisoners. He was killed on August 9, 2000 during the fall of the Snake Range Chantry.
The Roman

Joe “the Roman” Adams died on July 31, 1955. He was a gambler and grifter with connections with the Chicago Outfit, and was more or less a minor player in the scheme of Las Vegas’s criminal underworld. But in the underworld, the Roman rose up in the ranks of the Grim Legion as a Reaper in Luck’s Reach.
Rose Popplewell

Rose is Peter Stepanowicz’s vampire lover. Rose was a prisoner at Dr. Netchurch’s New York facility that studied the Thin-Blooded, but was able to escape during the chaos of the New York Sabbat-Camarilla struggle with the assistance of Peter. Rose is pregnant with Peter’s child. She was captured by Damon Strangelove and taken to the Snake Range Chantry for study.

The oldest vampire in Vegas is a Toreador named Sands. Other vampires look up to Sands, admiring his calm elegance and his impressive self control, and many look to him to establish protocol whenever anything new occurs. Sands acknowledge the Camarilla and Giovanni princes but otherwise do as he likes.
The Sorrowful Son of the Unconquered Sky

The Sorrowful Son of the Unconquered Sky is a Child of Tou Mou, the Iron Empress of Yomi. He and his sister have been hunting Po Kai for years, and were finally alerted to his presence when he committed a murderous act in Pahrump. He died facing Julian and Wesley Smith in Johnny Yu’s dojo.
Zydeco Jones
Tradition Mage: Order of Hermes
A member of House Janissary of the Order of Hermes, Zy-dee works as an officer of the Silicon Court, roaming the Western United States as an Executor. She was a former resident of Las Vegas, and knows many of the major players in the city. Zy-dee was sent to the city to find the Black Pyramid Chantry’s spy and saboteur.
