Anthony Mabury, also known as Akim Slim, is the current leader of the Play Boys. He inherited the position when he was commanded by the Grim Legionnaire known as Bugsy Siegel to murder June P, the previous leader of the Play Boys. He was killed in a explosion at the Caesars Palace on August 6, 2000.
The Skeletal Legion
Major “Al” Albert Watts is the leader of the Last Legion, a former Union soldier who died in 1864 due to tuberculosis at Fort Baker. As a wraith, he began his career as a Ghost Rider rounding up Native American spirits until he officially joined the Skeletal Legion and rose up in the ranks to become a Doomslayer, a hunter of Spectres.

Underboss Dante “the Bull” Putanesca is the Vice President of Operations of the Venetian Resort Hotel Casino and a Keeper of Elysium. He manages the hotel as an Elysium, an neutral ground for the vampires in the city. Dante also has a reputation as being a hot head.

He returned as a Hue and was reaped by the Roman’s reapers before Bugsy could get a hold of him. June P now serves as a lonely grunt within the Roman’s Legion.
Jessica Arcade worked at the University of Nevada’s Library as a night shift Librarian. A member of the Nevada Paranormal Research Society, Jessica was Wesely Smith’s apprentice until she was turned into a vampire by a vicious pack of Malkavians led by Jessie Hooker.
Jonathan Leon Toliver
Jonathan Leon Toliver, also known among his circle as K Boose, is the leader of the Gerson Park Kingsmen in Las Vegas. He receives most of his orders from Mister Shadow. K Boose was killed in the explosion at the Caesar’s Palace on August 6, 2000.
Luis Solorzano, El ComeGusanos (the Worm Eater), is an member of the Pisanob Cartel, a criminal syndicate and drug trafficking organization in Mexico. He calls the shots in Mexico’s pigment smuggling operations from his mansion in Tijuana.
In life Keith was a guitarist of the death metal band known as Raped at the Altar. The band preached rock and roll, worshipping the devil, and how to party. He lived the rock and roll lifestyle of the 80s, which led to his death in 1987 with complications due to drugs and alcohol. He is now a proactive advocate against drugs and crusader against the forces of Oblivion.
Sober and Clean Living Society
Mac is a risen and one of the survivors of the werewolf attack on the Sober and Clean Living Society’s facility in Las Vegas. Jacob Torgue met Mac on the Lonely Road to Ely and was given a lift. Mac was heading off to Ely to meet up with some friends among the Puppeteer Guild to help Peter Stepanowicz return as a risen.
Not a lot is known about the mysterious prisoner of the Camarilla vampires, who has adopted the name that Po has given her. She claims that she is in the city and looking for a book known as Ex Libris Necro.
The Nosferatu named Montrose is the Camarilla prince’s chief confidant and enforcer, and many view him as the real power in Las Vegas. No one knows Las Vegas better than Montrose. All anyone knows for certain is that Montrose knows every nook and cranny in Las Vegas, and has people stationed everywhere.
Raychelle Banton died in April 30, 2012 from a hit and run. Because of her recreational use of pigment, it allowed her to notice the dark spirit Caleb, the Hand of Glory, influencing her boyfriend Basboosa. Directed by “Po”, Raychelle contacted Wesley for help. Since she used pigment multiple times in the past, her spirit still lingers in the world after her death.
The Puppeteer Guild
The Rook is the true mastermind behind the Clean and Living Society, often aided by his medium assistant Valerie Cox. No one is sure how old Rook is or when he died. The only thing people know is that Rook is attempting to help other ghosts transcend or to help them return to society as a Risen.
Underboss Shlomo Rothstein was Don Michael Giovanni’s right hand man and the patriarch of the Rothstein family. He is known as “The Jew” among his social circle due to his interest in Kabbalah mysticism. Rumors suggest that he will take over Fat Tony’s operations in the city.

Liberace was a famous American pianist and vocalist who died in 1987 of pneumonia caused by Aids. During the 1950s-1970s he was the highest paid entertainer in the world and embraced a lifestyle of flamboyant excess both on and off the stage. He leads the Sandmen Guild stationed within Las Vegas.
