Not much is known about Coyote except that he has been posing as Po for some time. He manipulated Raychelle into finding Wesley, abducted Sidi Bouazizi, and for some unknown reason was after Jessica Arcade. At first the cabal believed him to be a Sending, but now suspect he may be an manifestation of the Native American god known as Coyote.

Just as mysterious as Coyote is the jaguar creature known as the Night Wind. This three legged black feline warned the cabal to beware of Coyote and his lies, and instead to rely upon their own strengths and personal resources.
