The Sky-Steel Tribes. Ruled by the Circle Seers. Damned if I don’t think their the most well adapted people in Chi to the ruins. Sure-footed and quick they live atop the old scrapers, their gardens open to the sky, hunting pigeons, giant rats, and all various other creatures that lives in the shadowed ruins of Loop Town. They’re not to be tangled with anytime, but if you do so on their home turf they’ll cut you up and hang you over the streets, let your blood drop on those below as a warning.
