The Fallout in Chicago

The Circle Seers have run the Sky-Steel Tribes from before anyone can remember. The story goes that they’re as old as the ruins, ‘course no one knows for sure. Having met them myself I can say they appear as young girls but speak with the words of old crones. They scare me. There are seven in the Circle though normally when you meet with them there’s only three or four available. Which three or four is always different and I’ve only seen all seven together once. They combined their powers and tribes to claim a new eyrie from a nest of super mutants. Those tribesman are fast and vicious with a blade or hatchet, best just to trade with them in my opinion.

Seer Abbes is the most conservative of the seven. She doesn’t like wasting resources unless success is definite and she certainly doesn’t like strangers. She recognizes the needs of the Tribes for trade with Loop Town and others, doesn’t mean she has to like it.
Seer Bethany is as polite, generous, and open minded as Abbes is not. She’s always the one that does the diplomatic talking and is well respected as a healer through most of Chi. Bethany also makes regular visits to Loop Town for trade and information. She’s probably better informed about what’s going on in Chi than most anyone.
Seer Caitlin is one hell of a feminist. She always looking to put a man down and leaps to the defense of any ladies who might be having trouble. I’d say that’s a good thing but she’s known to take it a little too far if you get my meaning. Just don’t be arguing with your wife when she comes around.
Seer Del is a nasty piece of work. She’s a killer and a warrior and scare the living daylight out of me. I’ve seen her climb up the back of a super mutant and split his skull open with that ax of hers. She’s likes trophies of great kills, so a good hunter might make a good trade with her if the trophy is impressive enough.
Seer Elya is a bit touched. She’s an albino and spends most of her time secreted away some where. Word is she’s the Tribes secret weapon, she makes perfect predictions of the future, and as the stories go she’s never been wrong about time or place.
Seer Felina knows her way around the Eyries and Chi better than most I’ve ever met. She’s got a way with critters too, even if they ain’t trained, she’ll get them dancing with a few whispers.
Seer Garland is called Mother by many Tribesman, she can be found at one Eyrie or another, giving comfort, speaking with her people, and generally being helpful. She’s the one most every Tribesman knows to bring grievances to and she’s proven a fair listener and judge.

Now I know all the Seer’s seem pretty different from each other and they are. However, it’s a rare thing when they disagree on anything and never when the Tribes are threatened. Seems more like they’ve chosen and grown into specific roles than they were always this way.
