- There is no cap to the number of Action points that players can spend in one encounter. If they have the action points then they can spend them.
- There is no limit to the amount of Daily Item powers that can be used in one Day. If you have them available then they can be used.
- Action points can be used to allow a re-roll of any d20 dice roll
