Plunging Blade
Overview
The Plunging Blade Cult is an order associated with that of the White Snake Blade and the Poison Fang Guild although they are more tolerant of humans as long as they do not take an aggressive stance in the realm.
They are largely based in Tanelorn City and their immediate goal is sow dissent among the population to the rule of the Gray Lord.
Their basic tenant of the cult is that human rule in the ancient past under the legendary figure known as the Usurper resulted in the widespread killing of humanoids and a repeat of this event must be avoided at all costs.
It is considered a possibility that the Gray Lord is the Usurper reborn and if this proves to be the case he must be eliminated before he can cause any irreparable harm.
A number of former members of this order have taken the Gray and several who still secretly worship have also done so as an infiltration technique.
