With this information you think it will be possible to convince at least some of the followers of the Black Ibis and their allies that the living form of Sakatha is as likely to rise as the dead.
However, you are not convinced you will be able to keep the lizard folk from raiding into Tanelorn in an attempt to gain the legendary Staff of Sakatha even if you drive the Black Ibis from power.
The tribesmen of the Emerald Snake agree to call a council of their fellow lizard folk so that you might try and convince them both of the true nature of Sakatha’s rising and the folly of attempting to invade Tanelorn to gain the staff.
