Schedule clarification. Next event 2-20 (Sunday) at 2-6pm. Of course I will be there early to field any game questions. And I’ll focus very hard on keeping it to our 4 hour window. After that, how does March 13th work for everyone? There was some discussion regarding moving to a Saturday schedule. I leave it to y’all to work that out. I do know that there might be other gaming going on for people on those days, so I don’t want to force someone into a choice between D&D and something else.

So Sunday the 30th is Cancelled. If unanimously we would like to reschedule for the 29th (Saturday) let me know by Thursday. I’ll try to text/call people today to let most of y’all know.

I think a little less sarcasm and quicker decision making would bode well for us keeping to the timeline. I am looking forward to using my new daily power!

Just put together the campaigns for Dec 5th and 19th. All I can say is you will be blown away. Seriously, session 4 can’t be missed (it is some of my best work). Also Geary is going to have to miss the next two sessions. I have heard rumor that it was distracting for Alec to be played by a GM. We’ve talked, and Alec will be returning the 3 young girls to the caravan and meeting up with you all at the next city (in January). So we’ll be running 5 toons, and no Cleric. Maybe our mysterious new blue traveler can help you all out with this? This December 5th we’ll decide on the 3 week meeting schedule for January and February. We are still aiming for Sunday afternoons. But upon unanimous consent we can adjust one or two sessions. Proposed dates: 1-9, 1-30, 2-20. Jan 2nd might be rough, Feb 6th is Superbowl, Feb 13th is out due to Valentine. celebrations.
Eric I would have to agree. I really can’t wait to play the next session with you guys. Have a great Thanksgiving holiday all of you guys! See you when I get back from juneau.

Bring both lvl 1 and 2 characters. Also, Charles (and Keith), definitely agree about the ‘on deck’ status. I do think that we’re getting our “roll” going. Especially nearer to the end of the session. One thing I love about the power cards, is that the players can pretty much get their next action sitting in front of them, before it hits there turn. Good job guys. Also just to clarify, we’re playing on the 14th (Sunday). Sorry Geary, but I’m going to be out of town on the 13th. The goal with the pre-planning game sessions is that we understand people can’t make every session. But if it’s regularly scheduled, it’ll give the majority of us the time to clear the day far enough out. As long as I have myself and 1 player: we play on the scheduled day. Hehe. Session 2 is starting to get tantalizing. I think we’ll keep you guys on your toes, and it’ll be nice to finally start revealing some aspects of the Never King.
Hey guys, I’m super excited about the next session on the 14th. However I have a request. I’m wondering if there is any way we could do it on that sat the 13th? I know that it’s short notice but my father just called me and let me know he was going to be in town the 14th and wanted to see me, needless to say I don’t get to see him a ton and will be doing that on the 14th. If it’s to late to alter the plans or we can’t get everyone else there than I’ll just sit out this session! I’m sorry to bring this upon everyone so late but I really would like to be there during the next session. Let me know what you all think, If the 14th is the best day for everyone than I’ll either give my char to Jason or sam so he can still be there for the party!

Hey Jason, do you think there is a chance we can organize a day prior to the 12/5 date so we can finish out that last battle from the first session? Anyone else have any input on this? I know it is tough to get everyone together on the same day, but also it would be good to get some experience with the new gameplay of 4th edition for the 2 players that missed the last session.
Sweet session guys, I agree with Charles on the mechanics of gameplay. I also think the speed of combat was pretty good considering we are still unfamiliar with some of the rules and abilities. Should be pretty sweet. and if that’s what the co-DM’s can put together on two days notice I can’t wait to see what will happen when they have three or more weeks of preperation!
I had fun with this session! I would continue to suggest that we get players “on deck” where they decide their action while someone else is still acting. That way you can roll ahead of time and expidite the game play. Same could go for the DM’s, one could control the action and the other would facilitate the rolls/checks for the enemies.
I have to say, I really enjoyed this first session. I can’t wait to level up my cleric and be able to see what he is capable of doing! Great character play by everyone, It seemed as though everyone was pretty into their characters and the party seemed fairly rounded out!
