Size: 10,000 people in the entire dale with the main city running around 3,000 or so depending on the season. Because of the recent events around Myth Drannor and the grand opening, the entire area has received a heavy influx of elves and eladrin, Shadowdale is no exception.

Shadowdale is perhaps the most famous of the Dales in the Dalelands. Many adventurers have come from this sleepy town and some of the more famous characters in the Realms have either called this place home at some time in their lives or spent time here.
