When you take charge of a group of no less than five and no more than 25 armed beings and spend a week training with them, you may roll Strategy (R) to create a “Warband” as an effect. As long as most of the members are together and cooperating, they have superior leverage in combat conflicts with individual opponents or disorganized mobs (i.e., not other warbands). The “Warband” effect can be attacked directly by attempts to disorganize or demoralize the unit.
