Empire’s Echo: A History of the World is an academic textbook researched and written by Professor Oliver Finnagin.
The book describes and discusses compiled research into the ancient race known as the Old Ones, the mist that caused their disappearance and the evolution and development of the various races found around the world, including the first compilation of detailed research into the race known as Dragonborn. Other races mentioned include dwarves, elves and halflings.
Finnigan’s use of personal opinions, as well as ancient folklore as evidence for several of his arguments has garnered backlash from other members of the academic community.
