The Dreaming Dark is the name of the organisation of Quori and Inspired that conduct their business on Eberron. They are named after il-Lashtavar (the Darkness that Dreams) which is the current power that binds the whole of Dal Quor.

Since the turning of the age, the dreaming dark is no more.
