Mishria was, until recently, an independent kingdom ruled by the lich Yawgmoth. Situated on the southeastern portion of the continent, she fought an initial, inconclusive war with Daltigoth several years before the conquest. Mishria’s military was primarily made up of Undead; whenever anyone died in Mishria their body became the property of the state and would be interred in one of countless crypts scattered across the country. These would be animated in mass in the event of a conflict. Still more undead served as unskilled menial labor.

When Daltigoth invaded, many of the Undead were destroyed in the fighting. Unfortunately, many of them are still wandering the countryside, leaderless, since the death of their master. Banditry is also on the rise, as the breakdown in central authority has left many with ideas on easier sources of wealth. So far, the Daltrithaar are unable to spare a large enough portion of their military to patrol the entire province and are mostly limited to patrolling around the major cities.

Most of the old Mishrian authorities have been left in place to see to the day to day running of the province, with the various Daltrithaar military governers only stepping in as needed to ensure the peace.
