The Circle met with Emissary of Fallen Comrades in their Manse. The Deathknight presented a gift of knowledge and geography in exchange for an oath – to hunt down the raiders and share any information learned about a seemingly new group of demonic Exalted. In exchange, Emissary of Fallen Comrades agreed to keep the Circle’s location and existence secret from The Bishop of the Chalcedony Thurible and provide information on the Deathlords.
Meanwhile, Aimelas negotiated contracts and price agreements with representatives of The Haslanti League and was not party to the Underworld-fueled agreement.
Without their airship, the Circle relied on sorcery to travel to the latest raid site. There they found atrocities similar to those before, as well as a rather frustrated blizzard elemental. Engel wasted no time in alienating the spirit.
Xiphik annihilated a room after discovering an erymanthus and another demon, only to be smacked in the face by Ledaal Noran. Albert Gunnarson and Vision waited to isolate parts of the Circle and then attacked, with Vision revealing a strange caste mark and anima flare. The Circle succeeded in killing Vision but Gunnarson escaped at the last moment.
The Circle discovered a walkway to Cecelyne, the Endless Desert, hidden underneath the Northern wastes. The walkway, composed of stone and jade, will lead anyone walking upon it into Malfeas after five days of travel.
The Circle attempted to physically alter the walkway and in so doing destroy its abilities, but were not successful. They did manage to abscond with a blue jade foundation.
Later, at the site of the raid against the Haslanti, the Circle met three members of the Wyld Hunt. Albert Gunnarson, Vision and Ledaal Noran.
The Circle fought through the Wyld to find an Air-Aspected Manse. The Manse is under the Silver Pact’s dominion but has been provisionally granted to Ghost and Seeks-The-Flame. The inside of the Manse includes floating islands, many acres of farmland with farming automatons and ill-equipped clouds. At the center is a sphere, containing lodging for the Circle and a large meeting area. The Manse also includes an airship harbor leading outside the Wyld, allowing for easier access.
After initial exploration of the Manse, the Circle flew their airship (somewhere?) and spoke with a trio of Deathknights – Harbinger of the Ghost-Cold Wind, Seven Lessons Disciple and Emissary of Fallen Comrades. Harbinger of the Ghost-Cold Wind, compelled by Solar Charms, revealed their allegiance to The Bishop of the Chalcedony Thurible. However, there were no overt hostilities and the two groups parted ways.
