Stanford essentially created a ~3rd century map of travel within the Roman Empire, with time and cost factored into trips. I’m surprised at how quickly you can get between Rome and Constantinople, sans Trianuis-based doors.
I haven’t had more than a couple of hours of restful sleep each night all week. Fair warning, I don’t know if I’m going to be awake for this session at all. I’m half asleep at my desk.
My folks are coming back from their trip Saturday, which means they’ll call me for a ride once they get into the airport. They might call as early as 10:30, or their flight might get in later. Either way, I might be leaving a bit early this week.

How about my place? If the game only runs one-two hours, we have video games available for when it’s over. And if it ends up going late, that is probably okay too, since it’s the weekend.

Remember, my parents like to watch TV at night, and thus my video games might not be available. I do have a one shot that I’ve been itching to try and it will last one-two hours tops. Sorry I took so long to confirm, we weren’t quite sure how long the reception was going to go. But I have enough info that I can say that I won’t be able to make it to Vampire tomorrow.
I updated the Adventure Log – it was way too inside of Scipio’s head, and didn’t actually address the salient plot points of the session. Now it is better!
I know there was some talk of “It’s the holidays, maybe there won’t be vampire on the 25th and the 1st”.
Well if you guys are up for it, there are some super awesome improv shows going on Saturday night. If there’s no Vampire, we should definitely check if out.
Anticipate extreme levels of lateness. In last week’s light snow shower I managed to get to the session with maybe 5 minutes to spare. In this week’s bug fuck crazy storm (15"-24" expected) I doubt I will be able to get there any sooner than 7:30.
I will drive straight from work to Nate’s to my place to your place, and we’ll see how it ends up. If we’re lucky, we won’t be that late. But I don’t know what traffic’s going to look like.

I also acknowledge that there is a possibility that these items I’ve come up with (minus the blood brew) might be rejected, but I figured we’re an understanding bunch so if trey had a problem with it we could easily pretend it never happened. I’m very curious about the Auction House. Will the Auctions be taking place in game, should I contact you in Private Messages about the items, can we update the wiki page with interested bids? Scipio is certainly interested in obtaining the statue, at the least for his personal collection, if the Lady Liberetist doesn’t feel it goes with the rest of the work in the Gallery.
The Sword might be an interesting case study, or at the least interesting to study from a case on the wall, but I doubt he’d be overzealous in the bidding for that item, if someone of a more martial bent took an interest.
I’m posting letters, updating Ancient One Theories, updating Dream Journal entries, kicking butt, taking names, etcetera.
If anyone else has notes or information that would be pretty fun to share in the wiki, by all means, start adding them! Time skips are the perfect places to beef up our knowledge stores.
We should try and come up with an xp tracker! I know that it’s a pain to lose a character you really like, but it’s more of a pain to lose your character and make Trey spend a long time approximating how much xp it ought to have.
We can start with what Theta had, estimate what we’ve gotten since, and work from there. I’d be happy to keep a tracker updated, if we set one up.
It occurs to me that I have the house all to myself this weekend. If we want to be rambunctious and loud, my place might just be the place to do it! It’s up to Trey.
I’ll try to wake up in time to call and see what we’d like to do. I’d be happy to give rides if that would influence where we host the game.
Hey, I meant to tell everybody during game, (sorry for those who are hearing this for the 12th time) but on May 1st I’m going to be running in Journey to the End of the Night. It’s an urban exploration race that’s being held in Minneapolis which is completely free. It’s a lot of fun because your essentially being chased through parts of the city that you might normally not have a reason to go there. If you want to ask me more go ahead and ask, but I ran it the last time it was done in Minneapolis and was one of the funnest things I’ve ever done.

I am the only one who is still doing Adventure Logs. It’s cool to do them every once in a while, but I’m going to be honest, I don’t think I’m going to keep up the pace on this every week.
