As of September 2010, Victoria and all of Vancouver Island is no longer on Earth. It is now an island of reality in the Umbra. No one but Nathaniel Widdershins knows what it looks like from Earthside – empty ocean, as far as the eye can see.

This is the consequence of the greatest magical workings of Unagilis, paragon of Spirit. The spell is not yet complete. On the Autumnal Equinox, Victoria will permanently separate from Earth.
