In order of DEX (lowest to highest) each character announces their intended action for the round.

Fire Aimed and Ready Firearms

Characters fire once in DEX order (highest to lowest)

Hand to Hand, Melee Weapons, Spells, Second Shot Firearms, and Skill Checks

Characters act in DEX order (highest to lowest)

Third Shot Firearms

If a firearm has 3 shots per round, characters fire in DEX order (highest to lowest)
