Within this campaign exist's various villages and countries that are home to all types of shinobi. However, there are five countries that are most known for their power and influential status amongst ALL the nations. These five great nations consist of The Land of Earth, the Land of Fire, Land of Water, Land of Wind, and the Land of Lightning. Each represents one of the five elements earth, fire, wind, water and lightning respectively.

I have used actuall places within Faerun to base these villages and lands out of. So all of them will exist as a seperate place WITHIN a city or location in the world of Faerun. The weather in the various villages and countries usually reflect the countries name in some form or fashion. Such as the Village of Rain almost always raining outside. 

Everyone will begin from The hidden Mist village, though it may not necessarily be the place you were born or even want to be currently. That's fine. However, Mistledale is the starting point for those making new characters. The exception to this rule depends on your character background and story. You are of coarse, free to explore any village or place within the realm of Faerun that you choose. I will highlight the current locations of the five great nations and include a tidbit of history about them. The other countries are scattered inbetween and will be revealed as necessary.
