The Conquest refers to the victory of Hunun Gol and his Orcs over the Dwarf-led Empire. The event began with Hunun Gol’s invasion of the Empire and concluding in ZY1088 with the fall of Bara-xi. The story is recounted with particular eloquence in Bhatrati’s inspired work “They Came On Horseback.”
