Great session again guys! I am so glad we are getting the chance to play more often! This rocks and I hope your are having as good of a time with the game as me! I do have a few topics I do need to address, as I have taken the time to do some research for my game to keep it all balanced.

1. For the topic of “Circle Kick” I got conformation from Wizards.com that it requires a full attack action, therefore it is only functional once per full attack action. For a monk with “Flurry of blows” it may be used in conjunction, but it still requires a full attack action to use it, allowing it to be used once per round only. Flurry of blows is an extraordinary ability that only gives an extra attack if a full attack action is taken, but keep in mind that only a 5 foot step can be taken if you wish to use a full attack action.

This feat has actually been changed for 3.5 rules to “Roundabout Kick” you will find it in the complete warrior book pg. 105. Roundabout Kick states: When you score a critical hit, you may immediatley take an additional attack against the foe you hit with the critical. I feel that I can make either feat work accordingly, I will let you choose to take either one. But I will not allow both feats.

2. Legacy Items have been introduced into my campaign, but I do want to make sure everyone understands that in order to “unlock” new abilities, not only do you have to uncover item history, but also perform the legacy ritual connected to the history. Depending on the items rituals, you may have to use skills, defeat foes or even complete adventures!

3. Also, I am going to work on my next few sessions in advance. I wanted to let you guys know that the next couple sessions are going to be tough both on the characters and also you as players. I don’t have to many PC deaths in my games but I am going to turn up the intensity. I am going to try to focus on keeping the action moving and the suspense of the battle at a higher level. Just be warned, I am putting up the DM screen!!!

4. I also may be making more judgement calls for rulings to keep the speed up, don’t hesitate to chime in if you feel my call was made in error, but please understand that I am only doing it to keep the game moving. If the official rules state differently than I called, I will learn for the next time it comes into play but I don’t want it pushing all of us back to a call I made a few rounds earlier. Mistake or not, I made the call and the action goes onward! I intend to try this for a few sessions and see what happens. I still want input from everyone, so let me know what you think!

Thanks guys, I really hope we get to play again soon
