Breaker is a peripheral figure in changeling society, preferring to disassociate himself from the politics of the Courts, however his ties to the Barrow Freehold mean that he is occasionally forced to deal with other changelings.

Once a soldier in the goblin hordes of the Redcap Baron he is practised in most forms of combat that have been devised by man, and a few that are distinctly otherworldly. He is the only changeling in Prague who actively deals with otherworldly entities on a regular basis, and has worked with the outlawed Circle of the Crone, hunted lupines and even provided his services to the enigmatic order of the Subtle Ones.

Breaker's mercenary nature means that many view him as untrustworthy, but he has proved an effective weapon for the courts in bygone times and any rumours about his character are usually kept to a whisper.
