scott gave a background which would make it easy for background stuff. The group of you could have met in a mercenary company named Falcons raiders. Scotts character broke with the company and is seeking to make his own. Best thing would be to make the rest of you friends of his and agreed with the break and went off with him. previous employer is not happy.
