Ernest Padraig, the lord of Winterhaven, comes from the family that rules the area under the edict of the Usilin Imperium. Folks around Winterhaven were happy with Lord Padraig’s father’s authority, and they have found answering to the rules of the new lord no more arduous. On the other hand, Padraig doesn’t have absolute power because the people of Winterhaven are stubborn and individualistic. Padraig is a very liberal leader and doesn’t mind. Padraig lives with his wife and two sons. Lord Padraig commands a group of 10 soldiers called the Winterhaven Regulars which perform policing and guard functions around the village.
