Ancient artifacts of wondrous power can be found in nearly any world. The more ancient the world, the greater the possibility of more hidden treasure. In fact, that is the reality that Malyon Duskweaver grew up with. He had grown up in the Fey Wild (a very ancient world) with his adventuring parents, listening to their stories, and seeing the curious items they brought home.
It’s the only thing he has ever known and the only thing he wants to do. He’s not interested so much in the magic or gold that he hunts, but the new challenges and adventures he encounters along the way. He grew up with the exciting tales of his mother and father and, to Malyon, the story is worth more than any other wealth.
He and his companions have been exploring the forgotten temples across the Fey Wild for nearly a year now. They have often wandered into the World (on purpose and on accident), and on a few occasions, to more interesting planes. They call themselves “Midnight’s Gambit” for no reason in particular. Maylon had insisted they needed an official adventuring name and that’s the one that stuck.
Malyon seems to have more energy than the typical eladrin and is definitely more talkative than his kinsmen. People of all races fascinate him and he obviously isn’t shy. He’s always ready to accept the next challenge, but traps and puzzles are his favorite tests. Battles are Malyon’s playground as he darts around his foes, springs off walls and somersaults over their heads. One of his favorite games to play is to see if he can draw blood on each monster during a fight.
